fix xml to make plugins work again

Made the necessary additional non-obvious changes to the xml to make the plugin inclusion actually work, see discussion in #7

Draft as there is still an issue with relative paths for plugin inclusion in dd4hep https://github.com/AIDASoft/DD4hep/issues/1180 edit: issue was fixed in https://github.com/AIDASoft/DD4hep/pull/1181

Changes will need the next dd4hep release to fully work. Tests pass at the moment as the dd4hep version 1.23 in the ci is so old that it just ignores that part of the xml..
