Use consistent colours on plots

I added colours to subsystems in the json file. Pipeline still works, so it must be ok for acts.

Now we are getting consistent colours for all the subsystems for all the plots.

Please feel free to suggest other colour schema. I thought of using black/gray for non-interesting subsytems, and then try to use family of colours for tracker (here redish) - ecal (here blueish) - hcal (in future greenish)
