Renaming of dimension related typedefs

This MR is the first step towards a 6 (local) and 8 (global) dimensional parametrisation which will include the time as new parameter. In this MR, only the renaming is considered to remove hard coded dimensions from the code and replace them by variables with the purpose to steer that way a change in the DefaultParameterDefinitions.hpp
