This MR adds

• root files containing the sensitive hits of the different dd4hep detector geometries in acts-framework/Detectors/DD4hep/compact (https://gitlab.cern.ch/acts/acts-framework/tree/master/Detectors/DD4hepDetector/compact)
• some screen shots in order to have a quick look at the detectors without the need to open the root files In future the root files could be used for integration tests, to ensure, that geometry building is not broken.

Do the root files contain some geometry description or only the generated data? If it is the later I do not understand why the need to be stored in this repository? They can always be generated and we only need to provide the exact command line. I can see the argument to store some illustrating plots or screen shots.

Yes that is true, that they can be generated at any point. The reason I was putting that in here is, that soon we can hopefully make some integration tests to ensure geometry building was not broken and these root files could be the reference.
