Create Empty Detector and Stepper validation testbed
In order to start validating the Stepper timing, step estimation & eventually the interplay between accuracy, navigation, termination
step directives, this MR does the following:
- create an EmptyDetector to test navigation less stepping (this can be compared to a muted Navigator in a full geometry later on)
- add an
EmptyDetectorPropagationExample
and anEmptyDetectorGeometryExample
for testing - add timing validation scripts for the
PropagationExample
