Write out root BField maps in Tesla (was ACTSFW-78)

The writer created in the context of ACTSFW-65 (RootInterpolatedBFieldWriter) writes out the magnetic flux density B in ACTS internal units which is ge/s (gramselementary charge/seconds). The root script printBField.cpp which can be possibly used with the output of the writer to create field maps then converts this to Tesla.
Instead the RootInterpolatedBFieldWriter should directly write out the BField in Tesla and the script should just used these values.
