Resolve "Add DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to setup script"

This is waiting for acts-core!658 (merged) in order to add DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to the setup.sh.

In addition it adds the install TARGET for two missing libraries to be copied into to <installdir>/lib/.
