WIP: Adapt to overstepping, material units, multitrajectory

Andreas Salzburger requested to merge adapt-to-overstepping-material-multitrajectory into master

This MR synchronises the acts-framework with developments in acts-core

  • the overstepping fixes
  • the material unit synchronisation
  • the multi trajectory in the KalmanFilter

It fixes the boundary missing in the fast simulation/propagation.

It's marked WIP as external/acts-core is not merged into master yet.
