Propagate DD4hep namespace changes to test framework

Update the namespaces for use with new DD4hep (I used source /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/views/LCG_89/x86_64-slc6-gcc62-opt/setup.sh && source /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/views/LCG_89/x86_64-slc6-gcc62-opt/bin/thisdd4hep.sh to check compilation)
