Compare models as function of n_tracks

Update the compare_models.py script to perform comparison as function of n_tracks (if available). Currently putting jets with n_tracks > 40 into an overflow bin. But maybe in the future we could change that to coincide with the number of tracks people have dumped. @svanstro
