remove set -euo pipefail

Summary

Pulled latest master after a while and source setup/setup_conda.sh fails after activating the environment

with ADDR2LINE: unbound variable and closed connection to my login node.

Could fix this by just removing set -euo pipefail at the start of the script https://gitlab.cern.ch/aft/algorithms/salt/-/blob/main/setup/setup_conda.sh?ref_type=heads#L2
