Build Athena with all the processes

I ran into a really weird issue while working on !705 (merged): the Athena CI jobs are all failing with

g++: fatal error: Killed signal terminated program cc1plus

and little more info. I'm going to fix it by running on half the cores available, but there's probably a better fix somewhere.
