[wip] dumping on Z+jets FTAG2 (broken ex)

@dguest following up from discussion with @neal and @mtanasin -- we just want to run over a Z+jets FTAG2 sample to eval the flipped tagger.

The GN2SimpleFlip-minimal config here has issues still

Could not find auxid for InDetTrackParticlesAuxDyn.trackLink type: vector<ElementLink<DataVector<Trk::Track> > >

Given your feedback here we tried only outputting the ghost tracks, but I get this whether I leave in the the ghost tracks or the dR tracks from the GN3_dev config.

I can keep taking out blocks to get a minimal working example, but I feel like there's smth I'm not conceptually understanding here, and thought maybe you'd be open to helping us out, I can test out more stuff tmr.
