Draft: Alg to make histograms

It might be useful to just make a histogram or 20 when we make the ntuples. Probably will follow a bit like I did in easyjet, but more emphasis on reading whatever variables we requested for the output dataset.

Still not sure this is the best way to do this. Mostly it's a way to dig in and rethink how we can do generic access.
