Draft: Implementation of new GN2 training for Run 4

Description

This MR is meant to update the tagger scheduled in configs/upgrade.json to its latest version. The currently available tagger is an old training performed on defective simulations. For more details on this issue see this presentation.

TODO list for implementing the new training:

  • Export model to ONNX.
  • Dump scores using TDD to validate against the Salt evaluation.
  • Schedule new training to run in derivations.
  • Update TDD config to include scores from new training.
