Description

This MR is only here to show the changes I did a while back to harmonise the output between the HitWriter and the JetHitAssociationAlg by changing the JetHitAssociationAlg to spit out the same association. The JetHitAssociationAlg originally lives in Athena and I ported it to TDD to make my studies. The form it is in right now is quite ugly and messy and it should not be merged anywhere like this.
