Draft: Add config for Run 4 AODs

Description

This MR adds a new config to dump the Run 4 AODs directly since derivation production will take longer time. It also introduces relevant changes to the SiHit block in order to get the relevant collections and settings.

Currently, the building of the EMTopo jets fails and the hacky ways to circumvent that have resulted in even weirder crashes.
