AthDerivation-21.2.17.0: fixes jet/MET issue that prevented 21.2.(15,16).0 from running on data17 Tier-0 AODs (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASG-1405). Primarily for testing BPHY8 with the shared writer, and any other production necessary. Note that the following formats are broken in this cache:
- all HION (as others)
- FTAG1
- HIGG3D1, HIGG5D1, HIGG4D2, HIGG5D2, HIGG6D2
- BPHY7
- EXOT2, EXOT8, EXOT21
- TOPQ4, TOPQ3

Tagging Analysis Release 21.2.20

This is an interim release of the development branch (primarily used for AthenaMT migration). This particular release will be used for Geant4MT validation.

AthDerivation-21.2.16.0, mainly for TAUP and FTAG. Not to be used for any format > 2% in HIGG and EXOT, due to the deliberate crashes on AllVariables.

This is the latest Tier0 release to be used in prompt reconstruction. It is FT-0 violating (MR !7302). It includes more trigger 2018 developments.

AthDerivation cache requested by some groups for re-doing production that struggled over Christmas (includes fixes for memory/slow processing issues with BPHY8, FTAG, EXOT8). Also fixes the MCORE zero-event-file merging crash.
