CSS: add min width for cells in tables

Stephan Lachnit requested to merge slachnit/allpix-squared-website:p-test-table-width into test

This fixes the issue of the odd table spacing the API reference. The problem is that I don't find a simple way to adjust it just in the API reference (might not be impossible, not sure), so it changes it globally. Prime example of the change here is Documentation / Physics Models & Materials / Sensor Material Properties. Let me know what you think.
