Add module io shortcode

Required changes in main repo:

  • Adding {{% module_io %}} to module READMEs
  • Change module_maintainer frontmatter string to module_maintainers frontmatter array
  • Adjust LaTeX converter

But can in principle already be merged since it doesn't change anything without the shortcode in the READMEs
