Add Proteus geometry output to RCEWriter
The changes were validated by simulation a generic telescope geometry with some large misalignment uncertainties, reconstruct using the auto-generated geometry file, and manually verify track residuals, chi2 distribution, ...
Also includes some smaller fixes for the RCEWriter.
