Draft: Added material parameter to the mesh_converter

Jixing Ye requested to merge jiye/allpix-squared:mesh_converter_material into master

The updated mesh_converter supports the usage of the parameter "material = Silicon", the default config goes to "region" if both parameters are provided. The update doesn't support the conversion of Silvaco at the moment.
