Small fixes on TCAD mesh plotter

Small fixes on TCAD mesh converter plotter. Axis of plotting histograms starts now at 1,1 as new mesh elements also start at 1,1(,1) (preventing white lines and columns on the plots).

This fixes #116 (closed)
