Added unique track ID feature with the help of user info attached to tracks
Addressing #120 (closed), using a G4VUserTrackInformation to carry unique trackID. Things which we should check are:
- Is the parent correctly associated https://gitlab.cern.ch/allpix-squared/allpix-squared/blob/c2c66da8a172c7b3add150d0c892d3b8365d307a/src/modules/DepositionGeant4/SensitiveDetectorActionG4.cpp#L82-85
- Runtime penalty?
