WIP: Restructure framework logic for materials

Koen Wolters requested to merge kwolters/allpix-squared:restructure-materials into master

Aims to add new logic to support different materials in the framework. This is still a very early unfinished proposal, but in this way we could abstract material parameters, mobility models (and eventually lifetimes and more) better in the framework.
