Add drift time histogram to GenProp

Added a drift time histogram to the GenericPropagataion module, analogously to the one in the PropagationModule. See the small differences for one example below.

I implemented it with yet another flag, just like output_plots_step_length. In principle, I can also merge them to a flag like output_plots_simple.
