Add option for a depletion from the backplane

This adds the option deplete_from_implants to the ElectricFieldReader in case of a linear dependency of the field vs depth, defaulting to true. As a consequence, the electric field is inverted in the position inside the sensor, leading to a more correct description e.g. for n-in-n sensors.

This fixes #145 (closed).
