WIP: Added possibility to define a cylindrical hole instead of square for support, with an example demonstrating how to use the feature and how to use GEANT4 gps macro to define the beam

Added possibility to define a cylindrical hole instead of square for support, more useful when simulating collimation. Default remains rectangle.

Added paper (essentially Cellulose $C_6H_{5}O_{10}) with a density of 800kg/m^3$, typical of printing paper, as possible material for a support layer.

An example depicting a simple diode with a paper collimator exposed to an Am241 alpha source is also added. The Am241 is roughly defined using a GEANT4 macro.
