eudet_RD53

Added examples/eudet_RD53,

configuration file for testbeam setup including: 2 RD53a modules with 6 eudet-telescope planes (MIMOSA26), 1 FEI4 reference module, and passive material box of Polystyrene. (The passive material is implemented as two sheets where the beam is passing through perhaps not the best implementation) The configuration file specified the DESY setup with beam energy 5GeV, standard electric field for non-irradiated modules, and including [LCIOWriter] that outputs a file can be used as input in EUTelescope reconstruction software.

The RD53 DUT configuration files are in models/RD53-50.cfg and RD53-25.cfg to specify the sensor+chip dimension, thickness, pitch.
