Beam divergence and energy spread, particle PDG code as input
Implemented a beam divergence and energy spread.
For this, I had to go from a planar
beam to a beam2d
.
The energy spread creates little overhead when set to 0, since Geant4 will draw the energy randomly from a normal distribution of a width of 0.
Closes #81 (closed).
