CI: test new deployment trigger job

Stephan Lachnit requested to merge slachnit/allpix-squared:p-ci-test-new-docs-deploy into master

Temporary commit to trigger a rebuild of the new website on every commit on master. This allows us to test the deployment already at this stage. Has to be reverted for the final deployment.
