TransientPropagation: add graphs for induced charge vs depth, time and in-pixel position

Adding new graphs to the TransientPropagation module:

Induced charge vs time and depth:

Induced charge vs in-pixel position of charge carrier:

Both graphs exist for all carriers as well as separated for electrons and holes. The example graphs above are created for planar, fully depleted pixels.
