Adding geant4 transformation from global to local frame for testing consistency

This merge request is aiming at checking the consistency between the internal allpix-squared detector coordinate frames and the geant4 coordinates. Achieved by transforming hits from the global coordinate system to local sensor frame using geant4 in addition to the allpix transformation and comparing the resulting local hit coordinates. Prints a warning if difference is observed.
