Merged TopReco config into darkframework

In progress for Issue#6 (#6)

  • GeneratorLevelAnalysis added --- we need this for weight_mc_%SYS

  • Commented Bootstrap section

  • In the jets section

    • running NNJvtUpdate instead of runJvtUpdate (newer)
    • runGhostMuonAssociation: True --- to improve b-jet pT (still being validated)

  • Large-Rjet: Using Comb for now as it is set as recommended default.

  • Large-R jets and BoostedJetTaggers: separate Wjets and Topjets collections.

  • Leptons pT cuts:

    • muon pT reduced tp 10 GeV (Reconstruction and identification efficiency for muons with above 10 GeV)
    • electron pT not reduced (Efficiency scale factors and uncertainties for pT > 15 GeV but need to see efficiency plots)

  • Remove MET > 100 GeV from SUBCommon

  • Update ResolvedDNNAlg and THATAlg blocks as in https://gitlab.cern.ch/sgurdasa/TopCPToolkit/-/blob/6955e80bc12c0194ec45a5191b12ddd3e31a3c5f/source/TopCPToolkit/share/configs/exampleTHAT/reco.yaml#L217-235

  • Added PartonHistory

  • Added PartonMatch

  • Added SoftMuonSelection --- temporary to understand runGhostMuonAssociation

  • Trigger and Thinning sections merged --- check if okay.
