WIP: ShareablePointsListIOCSV: improved consumeExtraInfos() to take care of DCUM and id.

It fixes the issue of copy-pasting points from chabaPointText to chabaPointGUI - as previously ShareablePointsListIOCSV discarded any ExtraInfos.
