Fiducial efficiency v2.0

Fixes to the effLUT stuff, to handle with the new fiducial efficiency (no more a 2D map, but a simple double).

Now the simple mean efficiency is written out in an .info file by the Eff libraries, especially useful for the fiducial efficiency.
