2D efficiencies for filtered samples + CI + restructuring

Renaming of the basic macros. Some obsolete macros/libraries are now deleted.

More intelligent structuring of the config files.

Added the CI support to the project: it's just building everything.

Added a script to set the environment on the D0 system.

Added a macro to work with unfiltered samples. The uncertainty coming from the average filtering efficiency is not considered yet, I don't know if it's even provided.
