TEfficiency implementation

Implementation of efficiency calculus using the TEfficiency objects.

The error currently associated to the efficiencies is the average of the upper and lower error given by the TEfficiency.

Update of the example config file for the effLUT library, with the second kinematic efficiency, and with updated samples and variables.
