Add v0.1a3 Documentation

This MR updates the project documentation with the changes from v0.1a3.

Besides adding initial documentation for th new widgets, it changed the docs style and updated 'Theme' and 'Getting Started' pages. The complete API documentation for the widgets will come on a later MR for v0.1.0.
