This new release is needed for Tier0 processing urgently (due to ATLASRECTS-7218). Probably can be used also at Point1.

AthDerivation release for the BPHY group, all formats working.

Release needed at Tier0. The previous two release numbers (22.0.86 and 22.0.87) were not used for release building.

Plan to use 22.0.88 starting from August 20 at Tier0. The main advantage is that HLT Muon can be enabled for DQ.
