Adding Btag efficiency and some corrections

I added the computation for the BTag efficiency so that the code first runs to provide the 2D (Pt-eta) map and then is used as the correction for the jets. I also added a new function in NanoAODAnalyzerrdframe.cpp to create 2D histograms with variable size bins. I also changed the Pt of the leptons (40 GeV for the electrons and 30 GeV for the muons) to be consistent with the HLT thresholds. I finally added new jobconfiganalysis to match with the defintions of the leptons in the CR_TT_SL Region (Loose correction for Electron ID and Muon Iso).
