Adding 2016 and data + small corrections

Benjamin Alexandre Blancon requested to merge bblancon/fly:Tprime_dileptonic_SS_Master into Tprime_dileptonic_SS_Master

I added the HLT paths for 2016 and everything related to 2016 and the data. I changed the selections for both MC and Data for all the channels to match with the new selection. I asked for the b-jets to have an eta below 2.4 for 2016. I inverted the pt and eta bins for the btag efficiency.
