Add trex-fitter morphing and general yaml blocks

• add morphing block for trexfitter config yaml (all set options are printed to the trexfitter output config)
• add Template option to sample block to be used with morphing set-up
• add general block for trexfitter config yaml with the option to exclude samples from trexfitter config with exclude_samples (list of strings)
• add identification of jet pseudo data uncertainties and automatic handling of those in the printed systematics in trexfitter config
• add ability to override default Job settings through yaml config and print out all options set in the Job block to trexfitter config
• add UseMinos option in Fit block
