Verbose copying in TQPathManager

@cburgard requested that we add a verbose output to the TQPathManager, which summarizes the location of all output files after being copied to the target location. The default would be not to use this function.

We already have a verbose variable in the TQPathManager, which is not used yet. I would suggest to just use this one.
