allow changing of ModelConfig when importing workspaces

The contents of the ModelConfig are usually considered to be static, i.e. the list of POIs or NPs are not expected to change a lot. However, in some cases, the do need to be changed for easier processing. In order to avoid having to track several copies of the same workspace, we should add editing options for the ModelConfig to the ImportWorkspace action.
