Skip in Green

When I started using CAF, I was always worried when I saw the pink label [ SKIP ]. Now, I simply ignore it because I know that it is expected in most cases. This is not ideal...

My suggestion: we keep the label [ SKIP ], but simply print it in green, when the sample folder has already been visited. This way, the curious user can still see that the sample was skipped, but is not needlessly alerted by the pink color if there is nothing to be worried about.
