CxAODUtils not compiling on top of 21.2.5,AnalysisBase and above

As of the 21.2.5 release of AnalysisBase, CxAODUtils no longer compiles against it due to the use of some depricated overlap removal code that was removed in this version. Here is a link to the merge request which enacted this change: https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/merge_requests/4407
