Submit.py refusing over unfound initialized paths later augmented during analyze patches
The current implementation for submit.py
checks if the input initialize file actually contains paths for those wanted to be submitted from the jobs file.
But if in the instance you want to augment the input file using patches at the beginning of the analyze step, so you can add in some extra paths, and then submit those via the jobs file, submit.py is a bit too early with the checking, and so returns the error:
INFO: Successfully parsed as .cfg file
INFO: loading sample folder '/home/zorbas/work/BSMtautauCAF/BSMtautauCAF/BSMtautauCAF/share/sampleFolders/initialized/samples-initialized-htautau_lephad_lfr.root:samples'
BREAK: No matching sample folders found for expression '/bkg/?/c16a/Fakes/ISO/data', exiting
EXIT
It would be useful if submit.py only did this check after analyze has managed to apply its patches, and then it would know these paths exist.
This saves the time of having to re-initialize the entire input file, which can be slow.
