Flaky processing in MCASV with multiple friend sampels per channel

It appear that the order of processing of samples in the MCASV can be somewhat flaky which could even lead to some copies not being processed.

One likely aspect is that the one Sample being explicitly visited is not guaranteed to be processed if one of it's friends in the same channel is picked up earlier in the friends list.
