Add possibility of using SPLIT variables

Some fixes are applied to the TQGridScanner and the TQSignificanceEvaluator to include overflow/underflow bins into the significance calculation. Additionally the possibility of using a splitting variable (variable which splits e.g. the signal region into two signal regions) is implemented.
